Roy Murad

Roy, senior partner and principal of Link Resource Partners, brings 25 years of corporate finance experience to the team. After working in New York City and Montreal, Roy has based operations in Toronto for the past 15 years. As both a merchant and an investment banker, Roy is a leader in the small and mid market, possessing extensive experience and relationships across a wide spectrum of corporate finance activities. Roy graduated at McGill University.

George Scodras

George, a senior partner, brings more than 20 years experience in the Food Services, Distribution, and Manufacturing Industry. With both business dealings in Toronto and Montreal, George is responsible for leading our Montreal team. George has completed his Bsc and Msc at McGill University.

David Doering

David brings over 14 years experience providing Investment management advice to high net worth individuals and small businesses. Prior to joining Link, David was a Senior Investment Advisor at a leading Canadian Investment Dealer. David received his Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds the Canadian Investment Management designation through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Randy Sibbald

Over the last 25 years Randy has held senior roles with a number of small and medium sized companies including CFO, GM, Corporate Controller, and National Operations manager. Randy has also worked in distribution, service, and manufacturing industries. In addition to a strong financial background Randy has experience in sales, marketing, operations, safety, IT and human resources, at one time even authoring an article in PEM Magazine titled “7 steps to Door Safety.” Randy has overseen a number of share and asset purchases related transactions for his firms leading to greater profit, increased market share, new customers and new technology. 

Ben Lipowitz

Ben Lipowitz started his North American real estate ventures 13 years ago by joining the  El-ad Group in New-York. Between being responsible for property management, and the overall upgrading and marketing of the 3000 apartment portfolio, he has acquired a deep understanding of real estate. Ben continued his venture with the El-Ad group in Canada, where he has built and managed a portfolio of more then 23,000 residential apartments and more then 7,000,000 square feet of commercial space and offices.

As a private entrepreneur, Ben is a pioneer in the creation of the office-condo and clinic-condo concepts in Montreal.

Now being a partner in the Link group, Ben is leading the real estate division with his overall hands-on experience and unlimited vision.
